• Gudakesha GT reserves the right to refuse admission or participation to any individual.

4. Donations:

• Participation in Gudakesha GT workshops is free, but donations are accepted.
• Donations are voluntary and not a condition of participation.

5. Intellectual Property:

• All materials and content provided by Gudakesha GT, including but not limited to text, images, and audio, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without the prior written consent of Gudakesha GT.

• Gudakesha GT is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during or as a result of workshops.
• Your participation in workshops is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify and hold Gudakesha GT harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  

9. Changes to Terms:

Gudakesha GT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
